I poked a bunch of whole cloves in it, and stuck a cherry and a pineapple ring on it. I propped it on another pineapple ring to keep it stable in the baking dish. I lost the glaze, so I made my own and roasted it according to the package directions.
Remove cloves before serving. Unless you have a toothache. Cloves are good for toothaches. And bad breath.
Glaze
Ingredients
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
Mix well with a whisk til emulsified. Baste roast as it cooks in twenty minute intervals.
