Cashew Cream

 


Ingredients
1 cup cashews
3 cups water

Instructions
Soak cashews overnight.
Drain, rinse, and add to a blender with water.
Blend to 1 to 2 minutes on high.
Pour through a wire mesh strainer into a container, cover, and refrigerate.
Store in the refrigerator for up to four days.
Enjoy!
