Ingredients
1 roll pre-made puff pastry
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 tbsp tomato sauce
4 to 5 large tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp herbes de Provence
5 tbsp bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Roll out pastry and place it on a parchment lined baking sheet. Fold edges and crimp into a raised border.
Spread mustard in center.
Add tomato sauce on top of mustard, spread evenly.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of sauce.
Layer sliced tomatoes on top of bread crumbs.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and herbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 425°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
