Ingredients
4 heirloom tomatoes chopped
3 tablespoons basil, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
toasted bread for serving
sea salt for finishing
Instructions
Place the tomatoes, basil and olive oil, vinegar in a bowl and toss to coat.
Spoon a little tomato onto each bread or serve family style.
Finish with a little salt.
Enjoy!
