Ingredients
4 slices bread
1/2 cup vegan tuna
1/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp dill pickle relish
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Instructions
Chop celery. Add all ingredients but the bread to a bowl and mix til combined. Taste for seasoning, then spread between the slices of bread. Makes two sandwiches.
