Cashew Milk


 Ingredients

For 1 serving: 

2 tbsp unroasted cashew nuts, soaked in water overnight, and drained*

1 cup water

For 1 quart:

1/2 cup unroasted cashew nuts, soaked in water overnight, and drained*

4 cups water

Instructions

Add nuts and water to a blender. Blend for thirty seconds to one minute. 

Store in the refrigerator for up to four days.

Enjoy!

* You may boil the cashews in water for 30 minutes instead of soaking overnight.
