Ingredients
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup plant milk
2 teaspoons sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
sliced fruit, granola, jam, or nuts for serving
Instrhctions
In a medium bowl, whisk to combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener of your choice, and vanilla if using.
Cover and refrigerate until thick, 2 hours up to overnight.
Serve with mix-ins and toppings of your choice.
